Capital Management Services Director Pleads Guilty to Selling Consumer Information

According to WIVB in Buffalo, NY, a director from Capital Management Services has pled guilty to stealing consumer information from CMS and selling it to two men who then used the contact information to intimidate people into paying debt they didn’t owe.

Jon Pytlewski received $28,000, while the men he sold the information to, Timothy Arent and Neil Wieczkowsi, may have conned millions of dollars from frightened consumers. Pytlewski faces the possibility of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
